We have been pulling our Dinky Dub Box camper all over the country since January of 22. We have traveled over 100,000 miles and hundreds of nights. And she’s cute. Everywhere we go we get comments and questions about her. Lightweight and easy to pull behind our small truck, we find her perfect for our needs.
We bought our Dinky in 2022. We are in our 4th year of ownership. Each year we travel 5 months doing full time camping. We love our Dinky. When we bought her we had to wait a year because COVID messed up the supply chain, but Dub Box USA honored their quoted price. After a year of owning her, we were on the road in St. Louis and our water pump died. Dub Box USA Fed X a new one to us to our campground overnight at no charge. If you’re looking for a quality product with great customer service… Keep looking this is not it. Our product has had electrical problems since day one with zero customer service and no attempt to correct the issue.
Terrible customer service. Snobby and unaccommodating. Overpriced trailers and very difficult company try someone else!
I would not trust Heather Gardella or Scott/ do any business with them ever again. They stole $20,000 and have consistently been dishonest. Avoid at all costs
