Great company great people and workers. Thing is I know I'll be calling them back because of all the small rocks my landlord spread in the backyard.
Did a great job replacing a sliding door. Definitely gonna call them back for my other window.
Some of our storefront windows developed cracks and were super old. It needed a repair for sure and I called Duarte Glass. I followed up a couple of times and glad I did! I had another glass company local that quoted me 4x the cost of what Duarte Glass charged. The other glass company said they needed I crane… Duarte had 4-5 people and they handled it. No crane or fancy equipment necessary - they had the tools and manpower for a professional replacement for our storefront. Very happy with how it turned out!
Don't waste your time with this company. ZERO communication. Was late to appointment which I was ok with. Finally sent a quote which I approved but even after numerous phone calls and texts where the owner, Jesus, said they would get right back to me to schedule, they never did. Complete waste of time. If you can't get them to even respond when you are trying to schedule the job, I can only imagine how bad it would be actually getting the job done. No thanks.
