Staff isn’t “trained” like they claim. They just want to charge you $100 before they even answer your questions. I had a question on pricing. Apparently have to pay $100 to go down there and make an appointment just to ask how much treatment costs. Tf? Money definitely isn’t the issue. But when clinics are money hungry- it is. Stay clear.
Waste of time. I liked the nurse and doctor don’t get me wrong. They were sweet and patient but the care service is bad. I went for a simply UTI and they ran some test on me, after waiting 5 days they told me a had to go back and re do it which I did. Then I waited 2 and a half weeks!!! And no call back, they said they would call me but I called them. When I told the receptionist she said that it looks like they haven’t gotten the results from the lab and she would call them. Don't recommend. Literally gave me a 2 min physical. Didn't check anything until I bought it up. Even then I knew she didn't care. Great place if you are looking to easily pass a physical. They also ordered bloodwork that said would be covered by insurance. Turns out... it wasn't! Nurses and service was fine. Won't be coming back or recommending to any friends/family
It all started in January 2021 . I started feeling unusual and slowly and surely was not able to eat drink or move around I went to a doctor he prescribed me pills and didn't do anything so that's how I ended up at the Duarte family clinic as a second opinion.
