We bought A home Generator from Duane’s electric back in 2015. Since then,Duane’s electric has done yearly inspections and tuneups on our generator, we’ve always appreciated the great service that Duane’s Electric has provided . Generator stopped. There was a repair man over within an hour. Generator was back up and running in minutes. Didn't go with anyone else!
With thousands without electricity our whole house generator is a blessing. But even blessings can have a mishap. After a couple days of our generator running nonstop an alarm shut the generator off. We called Duane's electric, inc for a service call knowing that many were having needs for their service during this lengthy Nipsco electric outage. We had a medical need for prompt service. It is August 15th and about to go into day 5 of no power, but our Briggs & Stratton generator is going strong. We had Duane's Electric install our generator three months ago and we are SO glad we did. We had another company give an estimate and Duane came in thousands less. B & S generators had better reviews, can run longer continuously, and have much better 10 year bumper to bumper warranty. Duane and his staff is responsive to initial.and follow up calls.
