Duane & Sons Plumbing is the best. We first called when we had a sewage backup in our home on a very cold weekend evening, and after contacting several plumbers with no luck, they were the ones who came out and helped right away. Damon, the owner/operator at Duane & Sons Plumbing, is the best. He has been handling my yearly backflow testing for a while, and i was really impressed again. While i was outside doing yard work, i moved the cover over the backflow assembly and saw a steady stream of water coming out. i called, and with his help on the phone, we quickly figured out it was the line feeding the house water. I called about a plumbing problem to find out when someone could come by. They first scheduled us for Wednesday, then reached out and offered an earlier opening on Tuesday, which was a great surprise. They gave us an arrival window and showed up about 15 minutes early.
