We had water coming through the ceiling, and a local plumbing team responded fast. Russell came out, tracked down the pipe leak between the floors, and explained everything in simple terms. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The repair was done quickly, and the pricing was very fair for the work that was needed. The only delay was waiting for the water service to be shut off and turned back on, but the plumber handled the situation well and kept us updated the whole time. I needed to have my kitchen faucet replaced and also had a toilet problem, so I called a local plumber after hearing good feedback from several families in my community in Lakewood. Russell arrived the next business day, showed up on time, and worked very efficiently. He replaced the kitchen faucet quickly, and when he checked the toilet, he found a broken flange. It was a more involved plumbing repair, but he handled it without any trouble and explained the work in simple terms. Everything was finished in less than two ho... read more

I have relied on Duane & Sons Plumbing for several years, and they have always been quick to help and respond. When I found black mold around the toilet because the base seal had failed, Joe came out the same day, even though I already had an appointment scheduled for drain unclogging the following week. He also brought another plumber with him so they could handle everything in one visit. They did great work repairing the toilet seal, clearing the drain issue, and cleaning up the area afterward. The whole service felt effi... read more

Their plumbing technician came out to check the problem with my kitchen faucet, took photos, and clearly explained what was going on. Since the issue was tied to a previous install by another plumber, they let me know the best fix would be a full faucet replacement and fresh installation from the start. I appreciated the honest advice and the time they took to walk me through everything in simple terms. The service felt professional, reputable, and focused on doing the job the right way. I would definitely call them again fo... read more

Duane & Sons Plumbing was excellent from start to finish. After we had trouble getting help from another plumber, we called and were able to get our bathroom plumbing service scheduled within 24 hours. They even offered an earlier appointment, but our situation was not urgent. That quick response and clear communication made the whole process easy. Russell and Emmanuel arrived the next day right within the promised arrival window, and we also got a helpful 20 minute call before they pulled up. They introduced themselves at ... read more
