Unprofessional. Very difficult to get ahold of, in general, but even when you’re actively negotiating a contract. Sometimes won’t respond for several days. Withholds information, does not care about the inspections (even if major repairs are needed). You’ll waste so much time just trying to get a response out of him, so I would suggest if you’re interested in purchasing a home, AVOID the ones that are attached to his name. Worst realtor I've ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and work with a company that has a little more oversight and a lot more integrity.
