If you know how to follow some simple rules & are genuinely serious about getting off opiates Duane Dean will save your life. It saved mine 17 years ago. Victoria is a fantastic nurse. You have to remember what she's dealing with. Junkies that are always trying to bend rules, manipulate people & drug tests, argue or just act immature. If you can find another methadone maintenance clinic, go there instead. This place is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and treat their clients like they are less than human. Methadone saved my life and gave me a future again, it works if you're ready for it to work. The staff and atmosphere at Dwayne Dean is appalling, period.
