Dual Heating and Air Conditioning installed my evaporative cooling in a knockdown and rebuild. Some of the tubing failed outside of the warranty period. It probably wasn't even worth their while to come out and fix it, but they did a great job in a timely manner.
If I could leave them a 0 star review I would… Moved into a brand rental property 18 months ago built by Carlisle homes who unfortunately use Dual Heating & Air & Conditioning as their installers. Heater has worked fine up until last week when we got a fault code to say there is no flame. Very poor service. Booking was slow and confusing, taking weeks. Within a month of installation, the roof pipes came off. Despite calling three times, no clear repair time was given. Now in the cold wethear, I’m told to wait until a technician is “around”. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Awful experience with them. Build my house with Carlisle who use Dual heating and air conditioning. Their system and service is awful. Accordinf to them as their installed refridgerated cooling system cools down a zone by 3 degrees in 2 hours it is working fine. Reported very low airflow in one of the zones and answer was that's how their system works. Built my home with Carlise Homes who use Dual Heating and Cooling as their suppliers, and had a terrible experience commissioning my heating and cooling with them. Firstly, there is no communication as to when they will come to commission the unit. I had a commissioning appointment booked for Tuesday, and when no one showed up, I called the office.
