I had a question about preamp rca connections on my Dual car head unit so I sent support an email on a Sunday night and had a reply by Monday afternoon with all the answers I needed. Great products and an awesome support team. Love the head Dual head unit i have, it sounds great. Highly recommend their product's
No product support , nonfunctional website, phones not answered, emails not answered. This outfit should be kicked out of the US, and Walmart should not do business with them.
I tried repeatedly to call the parts department to order a wiring harness for a sub woofer. I always got a voicemail for Liz. I called several times. When I called corporate to complain Liz called me. She said that she was going to email me and give me her direct line which she never did. I called her again she answered and I ordered the part.
