No product support , nonfunctional website, phones not answered, emails not answered. This outfit should be kicked out of the US, and Walmart should not do business with them.
I tried repeatedly to call the parts department to order a wiring harness for a sub woofer. I always got a voicemail for Liz. I called several times. When I called corporate to complain Liz called me. She said that she was going to email me and give me her direct line which she never did. I called her again she answered and I ordered the part.
