I have been doing CrossFit off and on for nearly 10 years. This April will be my 4th year at Dual Cities, and it is far and away the best box I have ever been a part of. Kelley is a fantastic owner and head coach, and you can tell that she truly cares for the members of DC. Beyond that, Kelley and the rest of the coaching team have gone to great lengths to create much more than a gym, but to truly cultivate a community. I dropped in while on a work trip - it was a great experience! The people were amazing - kind and welcoming. They made it so much fun. Also, the gym was clean and had all the equipment you could want. I’ll be back!
I just completed my first day at Dual City CF, and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff and members were incredibly welcoming and supportive. They took the time to explain everything to me, making sure I felt comfortable and confident with the exercises. The positive atmosphere and encouragement made the workout enjoyable and motivating. I’m excited to continue my CrossFit journey here and highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great fitness community!
Third time dropping in here. Great facility, great coaching, and friendly people every time!
I dropped in for open gym. Kelly was very welcoming and supportive during my training session. The facility is new, clean, and a very open and bright space. They had everything I needed to train and all the equipment was clean and new. I look forward to dropping in during my next visit to NWA.
