If you’re looking for a place where the coaches somehow convince you burpees are “fun,” Dual Cities CrossFit is it. The staff is incredibly welcoming — the kind of people who learn your name, remember your goals, and have a sixth sense for when the math on your reps gets… creative. I have been going to Dual Cities for almost 5 years now, and I hope to be going for the next 5 years. Everyone is always kind and welcoming, and the coaches are so helpful during each class, as well as always planning fun events and offering extra activities. The quality and cleanliness of the equipment and facilities is unmatched. I would recommend Dual Cities to anyone!!
I have been to many gyms and Dual Cities has been one of my favorites. All of the coaches are wonderful and have created a space where everyone is welcomed, no matter what stage of life you’re in.
