I have been going to Dual Cities for almost 5 years now, and I hope to be going for the next 5 years. Everyone is always kind and welcoming, and the coaches are so helpful during each class, as well as always planning fun events and offering extra activities. The quality and cleanliness of the equipment and facilities is unmatched. I would recommend Dual Cities to anyone!!

I have been to many gyms and Dual Cities has been one of my favorites. All of the coaches are wonderful and have created a space where everyone is welcomed, no matter what stage of life you’re in.

I’ve been attending this gym for the past 4 years and can’t recommend it enough. From day one, it’s been an incredibly welcoming and supportive environment. The coaches are engaging and always encourage you to listen to your body—reminding you that it’s your workout.
