Amazing customer service! We’ve used Dual Air on our current home and our rental property - Greg and team exceed our expectations every time. They are great with communication, show up quickly and explain everything wonderfully. Very happy to have them as a resource and to assist in taking care of our homes!
Had issues with my AC unit so I called and they were extremely helpful. They told me exactly what I needed to do and to follow up with them. I followed up with them today and let them know that the issue had been resolved and that I needed to get a new insulation hose for my AC unit and they gave me the address to pick some up from them, free of charge!
I called them on the coldest day of the year because we had no heat. They had someone here within the hour. They were very nice and had the problem fixed quickly.
