Was having trouble with my furnace holding a temperature. Greg had a repair man out to my house within a couple hours. The repair man was kind, polite and very professional. He even looked at my whole house humidifier and remedied the issues I was having with that at the same time. I have used Dual Air in the past for my air conditioner and fire place. Very pleased with their service and professionalism. Would highly recommend!
Our furnace wasn't pushing out warm air and as it turns out the igniter was shot. The problem was fixed in 20 minutes. Thanks so much for your quick response! We highly recommend Dual Air Inc.

Had issues with my AC unit so I called and they were extremely helpful. They told me exactly what I needed to do and to follow up with them. I followed up with them today and let them know that the issue had been resolved and that I needed to get a new insulation hose for my AC unit and they gave me the address to pick some up from them, free of charge!
