Myself and children have been seeing Dr. Dua for over a decade. You may have a waiting time but so worth it! Bring a book for the wait or find another Doc if your unhappy! Good things come to those who wait and he is so spot on with diagnosis i wouldn't go anywhere else! The staff is great and very helpful also!

Ive been seeing Dr.Dua for well over a year,and while yes it does take a little longer then id like to get in and out i have always found his staff friendly,i love Jen and Bobbi at the front desk. Jusr seems patients are maybe being over booked at times. Dr Dua is always professional, and pleasent to be around. He takes the time to hear you out,and always try to find a solutiin to any issue you may be having. :-)

The staff is very rude! Dr. Dua is very unreliable and unprofessional. You sit about an hour in the waiting room, then another two hours in the exam room. The place looks nasty and unclean. I feel sorry for the lady doctor, she's very nice and is on top of everything.

If you have an urgent visit, don't even try scheduling an appointment here, it takes weeks for them to give you an appointment, the staff is unprofessional, you wait there for over 1:30 hours before they even take you to the exam room. Once they take you to the back (exam room) you wait another 2 hours. Is the most unreliable office I've ever been to, that's why I moved my business across the street with Dr. Nester..

I'm very disappointed at the way this office is doing business, my daughter had an appointment at the same time I had one, she is 13 years old, since she came in with her dad, and I had an appointment, I was kept away while the doctor examined her. I wonder if this is even legal!? I've been coming here for about 10 years, I thought they were our family but I guess I was wrong.
