HOMEOWNERS AND GCs BEWARE!!! Unfortunately Stefan, the owner of DTX, does not honor his work. My company, Nimble Restoration Services, hired DTX to remodel a shower for one of our clients in McKinney. We were given a fixed price, obviously with the understanding that if there were any change orders, we would be made aware of them and could adjust the price to the client.
