Best service I've ever had! Called them up set up an appointment and 2 days later it was set up installed. Very professional both the salesman and installer. Always willing to support locally owned companies, they are always reliable! Would recommend DTV pros any of my family and friends!

I have known the owners for over six years. I am the former DIRECTV Regional Sales Manager who oversaw 230 retailers in 3 states for corporate DIRECTV. They soon rose to be my #1 retailer. That does not happen by accident. They do a great job providing amazing local service. Much better than calling an 800 number in another state...don't you think?

During a wind storm, our satellite dish was blown over. There was no apparent damage but I took it to the dtv pros. They dropped everthing they were doing to help me troubleshoot the problem. It turned out the reflector had a small crease on the bottom edge which affected the incoming signal. After purchasing a new one, we had a strong signal and tv was restored. Thx to Simon and his partner for their help. I heartily recommend the dtv pros.
