Worst customer service and prorfessionalism ran by inconsprorfessionalism w/ employees switching in and out as people get ripped off like I was last year. Still awaiting a letter from the owner to amend my taxes it has been over a year &I have not recieved anything in pursuit of obtaining the tax money that was stolen. DEAR LADI THOMPSON THIS IS SHAWNTA BROWN I HAVE PREPARERD OVER 312 TAX RETURN FOR NO COMPENSATION AN 91% REFUNDS WAS RETURN ONCE THEY WAS ACCEPTANCE AN APPROVAL BY THE IRS BY THE WAY I DO HAVE A PERSONAL LIFE . AND ALSO I HELP CORRECTED 67 RETURN AND HAVE A LOT OF PEOPLE ON A CLEAN SLATE WITH THE IRS. WHEN YOU RECIEVE THE KNOWLEDGE AN THE EDUCATION I HAVE AN HELPING PEOPLE GET LEGAL MONEY.
Still awaiting my "Rapid Refund" IRS said it was sent and now the office has been closed for two days.Shawnta Brown prepared my taxes and now is dodging all calls. Sounds very suspicious!!!! Trying to conact IRS now.
