I have been trying to work with this company for 3-4 weeks. I was directed to them as being one of the webasto autorized distributors. On Oct. 5, 2015, I sent DTP Auto my sunroof model # so that they can assist with the recall and hopefully have them do the installation. The claim was submitted 11 days later on Oct. 16, 2015.
