My brother-in-law (who lives out of state) and I came in together to get grillz. We both paid in full and I did receive mine but my brother-in-law never received his. I don’t know if he took advantage of knowing he didn’t live in Detroit, misplaced the ticket, or maybe was intimidated by the design request— either way, my BIL did not receive his grill, nor did he receive any responses to his inquiries about the status of the grill or a refund. $180 pocketed.
I thought I liked them at first, but the more I look at them I can tell it was rushed. It looks a little sloppy and for me to pay $550 I expected better. I feel like I wasted my money honestly…
I ordered a custom grill from d-town grillz and was very disappointed with the outcome. I asked for an all white gold grill with diamond cuts and ended up getting a 2 tone grill with yellow and white gold. I hate yellow gold! I don’t understand where he got the idea to add the yellow gold. The cost to make another was too much. The grill never fit properly even after adjustment’s and I don’t wear it. Tried to charge my 4 times the amount I paid last time, and last tome I didnt have all the gold. Cant stand people like that
I bought a grill from him for $600, I broke it and he replied it for $175, then I broke a tooth off it and he repaired it again for $175, so I broke it again, now the price is $1100 to Repair it!!!!!! Telling me the price of gold went up , but I have the gold????? Make it make sense
