I’ve ordered 3 times from their website. The first two times I had no problems, the third time I received 4-5 nail polishes that were not the same quality as I have received prior from them. Their customer service is not the best, they decided they would refund me for 1 out of the polishes. They said the others were “consistent” with their others. Placed an order exactly one week ago and was told it still hasn’t shipped because they are delayed. Customer service person told me MAYBE it will ship on Monday of the following week and I should get a confirmation on Tuesday. I asked if they can do priority shipping and they refused. It is not the customer’s problem you are delayed and now I won’t get my order for 2weeks or more. That is unacceptable. Will never order from here again.
Have been doing my own gel nails for years. I love DTK nails and have placed numerous orders over the past 5 years. Everything is accurate and timely. One of my recent orders was missing a color because they were out of stock. I was bummed because I had ordered mainly for that color and did not want to pay for shipping again to order a similar color. They allowed me to pick a substitute color and shipped it for free. Can't recommend this company enough :)
