At first I had roaches for months, then either the washers or dryers don’t work correctly at the laundromat. It's extremely frustrating when we pay for a reserved parking spot and are told by new tenants that they were told they could park anywhere they can. So why are we paying for spots when the office staff aren't enforcing the parking policy? We pay for a guaranteed parking spot but when we ask the neighbors to move out of our spot we get attitude, we turn them into the office for violation of their lease and get told that they can't enforce the parking issues but we can have the cars towed ourselves!
