DTH has been one of the best management groups I've ever worked for and Lee has been the absolute BEST boss that I've ever had as well.
I was on the Phone with Janet and Pat for over an hour. Getting an issue resolved. They helped me solve the problem while also having a great time doing it. Top tier in my books. Keep up the good work ladies.
It's a good place to live at especially if you're elderly you feel safe but they owners are getting older and they don't keep the upkeep I mean like my vents and my apartment blow out and dust is what they say it is to the point where it covers my feelings and when I asked the maintenance about it they said that the owners said that it wasn't harmful they turned it in had it checked I said harmful how I said any kind of dust is harmful especially if your duck work is stopped up so it's still living with and we each have our ... read more
If I could give them no stars I would. Horrible management. They never return phone calls. Very unprofessional and they really don't care about their tenants. I would avoid DTH Management and Ridgecrest Apartments at all costs!
I was living in a apartment for 2years I cleaned that apartment before I left literally with a tooth brush to clean the corners I bought new stove covering and lights it was so clean someone moved in the same week I moved out but I’m being charged for them having to paint and clean the carpet over $200 on somthing that they suppose to do anyway I been there over 2 years why am I being charged why didn’t I get my deposit back they won’t even show pictures of it was that much damage they would have pictures this is ridiculous ... read more
