2026 update- opinion has not changed. My parents have a house next door to one of their rentals. Yard and house is always trashed. It’s hardly ever mowed and gardens are overgrown Literally garbage landlords. We live by one of their rental properties and they never shovel the snow or take care of the yard. Makes it hard and dangerous to walk our dogs in the winter. Probably a good idea to just include this in their lease. Half the time a lot of the students that stay here leave for 2 weeks and we’re stuck next to a driveway ... read more
