Great customer service!!! AND they have integrity. They said if I placed my order before 2pm, I would have it same day and I did. They adjusted my image slightly because some things were way too thin. They explained to me the white under base and adhesive won't catch if certain parts of the graphic are thin (if it has no background in the file for that section) All in all, I'm very satisfied. Easy to work with, quick service and convenient pick up. However, after I washed it, it started to peel 😪. I wanted to love them because I did purchase alot of gang sheets however I will probably look for a new company. Best of Luck
