Worst company ever....
I have a hot water boiler & the temp wouldn't go above 67. Another heating company came out to service it & replaced the gauge they said wasn't working, replaced a switch in the boiler they said wasn't working, & said my expansion tank was bad & needed replaced, which they would order & call me back to install. DIdn't hear from them for a month, so I called them for an update. They said they had & were waiting on ME to call them. My gas was shut off to my brand new home without any notification from them. No notice in the mail or anything. I hadn’t realized gas was provided by DTE as opposed to my existing consumers account.
Shut off my gas with no notice after I moved into new home and can’t turn it back on for a week.
