Not sure where to leave this review but I wanted to say thank you to DTE Technician Michelle for fixing our furnace. It was the classic "furnace goes out on the weekend in winter" situation. She diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty part, and gave us some tips along with answering general questions. Professional, confident, kind service from Michelle and the DTE phone rep.
Refused to accept payment after there system messed up possessing twice with in a year no turning off gas and switching to all electric, at least consumers energy never refuses payment
