To start out with for many months it took them to make dentures. They finally got them done. I had the appointment to have my teeth pulled on a Monday. The previous Sunday my Father passed, in another state. I got back here Monday and got my teeth pulled. All good there. Here’s where the nightmare begins. They were supposed to see me 24-48 hours after my teeth pulled. I called and they gave me an appointment a month away. I’ve been attempting to schedule an appointment for almost 4 months now. I’ve left more than 10 voicemails and nobody will return my phone call to make an appointment. I even stopped by on a Tuesday at 2pm and they are closed. Its a shame that this is supposed to be of help to us lower income people but you can not reach ANYONE.

Amazing experience right from the Reception to the Doctor. Very helpful staff and also very friendly. They helped my mother through all small details from form filling to be taken care with her procedure. They are definitely upfront and reasonable on the pricing also. Doctor and the nurse were also very friendly and professional in their work. I highly recommend DTCC at Wilmington.
My experience was a great one. The staff that I dealt with on that day were extremely nice and personable. Mr. Kevin went out of his way to help me, and the doctor (unfortunately I can't remember her name) was comforting to say the least she made a very stressful experience as calm and relaxing as humanly possible. I couldn't have asked for a more professional, personable dental office.
