Christian is disrespectful and doesn't want to work for his pay. This Hoa does nothing for the neighborhood but collect money and claim they can't enforce any of their rules. Disgusting group of people.
Terrible HOA management company. They do not keep areas of their managed neighborhoods well maintained, yet want to try to say homeowners are in the wrong. Do not move into a neighborhood with a HOA managed by this company.
This HOA does not work for the homeowners at all. They claim they are going to get back with you, and they don't and you keep sending emails and notification and still can't get answer. You go to the board meetings, and they state they will review and get back with you and nothing happens, but they keep adding late fees and charges to your account so they can make more money.
