Today, Coy in Customer Service was the best interaction with DTA I have had. This rating is for Coy as a representative of DTA...not for DTA as a whole.
I recently moved into this neighborhood, with an established tenant. He's owned his home since the neighborhood was built. I've received harassment over and over again for minor things and inaccurate accusations. Sent a letter in regards to my NEIGHBORS dead trees as if that is our responsibility. Then send a FINAL notice with different trees. These being in my yard. One has been cut. The other isnt DEAD it's fall.
