This management company is shit. They have absolutely no empathy for anyone, and insist on charging for things they cannot provide actual proof of paying.
I call Shelly @ DTA for my HOA issues. Her knowledge and professionalism solve our issues in a week. I truly believe that w/o her our problems would still be here.
