I'm so impressed with DT Swiss. I had a new bike and my rim warped and they said it was not a warranted issue, but built me a totally free replacement wheel just the same. This saved me ~$1500. They paid for everything including the shipping. What a top notch company. They treat their customers right. Not many companies would do this given it was an outside of warranty issue. I called their office and got a message that they aren't taking calls, to instead email them and they will reply within 30. I emailed them and they did, and I got my part the next day!!
Replaced a 1200 carbon rim I cracked on sycamore trail here in Pisgah. Super fast communication and service. Send them my 180 hub and they installed a 1200 EXC rim in just a few days and mailed it back to me. Very straightforward process. Really appreciated. Even can with some swag!
