We moved to a new house in Krum & planned to go with the company recommended by the home builder. Out of the blue due to a connection, Shaun was referred & we are very thankful that we decided to go with ADT. Shaun was extremely professional & patiently walked us through all that ADT offers. We have been with other security companies in the past but the experience with ADT & Shaun far exceeds any of those other companies.
We were planning to use another security company for our new house before Zechariah Jones came over, introduced himself and so professionally convinced us why we should go with ADT Security. He was very thorough with his presentation and answered each question my daughter and I raised. He made sure we were comfortable with the system and even followed up a few days later. Zechariah is truly an asset to the company. We need more professionals like him nowadays.
