Highly recommend their services. Honestly I’m for the first time impressed by the quality and customer service of a company. Danny was very thorough and explained every detail of the installation process and the benefits, he was available and quick to respond all my concerns. Then the installation person was so professional and acknowledgeable. Very neat on his work! Now I have a the peace of mind I need! Definitely a must have! I’m a satisfied customer 🩷
Legit every piece of hardware broke down within 6 months before we even finished the contract. Said it would be hundreds of dollars to fix. Years on the phone, 0 help, just go get the hardware from Costco and install it yourself and save yourself the money and annoyance. Literally 3k down the drain.
Shaun with ADT was amazing!!! He laid out the security features and really put my daughter at ease! I would highly recommend ADT. I have had other systems and but they are clearly - THE BEST!!!!!!
