I bought service service from Terrance 3 years ago. Well, I changed my WiFi recently, so my security camera was offline. I called him (thank God I saved his number) he answered immediately and took the time to help go through the steps to get it back up and running. As a business owner myself, I must say this was A+ customer service. Terrance is awesome…he didn’t rush me off the phone, he took his time.
