We were planning to use another security company for our new house before Zechariah Jones came over, introduced himself and so professionally convinced us why we should go with ADT Security. He was very thorough with his presentation and answered each question my daughter and I raised. He made sure we were comfortable with the system and even followed up a few days later. Zechariah is truly an asset to the company. We need more professionals like him nowadays.

Good morning! So far our system has worked. We have hit a few hiccups with our blinds knocking the window contacts loose but it only knocked off the top shell and was easily out back into place. When we called in we did have to wait on a hold a few extended moments but the rep was able to get what we needed fairly quickly. I do not remember if they asked for our challenge word or not. Zechariah was the rep that sold us the system, even checking in on us and how we were settling in while he was on his cruise vacation.
