Been going here for 2-3 years and their gel polish is old making the finished look clumpy and thick. This happened a few times so I’m not going back. They’re nice until you have a problem that they don't see an issue with.

Extremely dissatisfied with my service Thursday. There is no “color match” as advertised for dip and gel. I was told to choose my color from a matching book. My toes and nails are 2 different colors, not even close. During my pedicure, I was immediately sat down, feet out of water, and the pedicurist began to cut cuticles and exfoliate feet and legs that were dry. It hurt and I asked her if I could please soak my feet for 5 mins (she had already done the cuticle stuff unfortunately). In addition, the massage chair was stuck ... read more
I gave the manager $50 cash including tip and she said quickly put it in the register and said I only gave her $45 and made me pay an extra $5.. $55 just for gel nails. Manger is a thief. Never coming back.
