This place isn’t worth a DIME ! I’ve tried to see the good in this place time after time because they use builder gel which is the only thing I like on my nails but I always leave disappointed, they pressure you into using cash I’m assuming because of disputes , I got a full set I paid over 100$ for . Within 5 days 8 of my nails broke . Got 2 fixed just for the rest to break off the following day . I don’t usually post on Google reviews especially if it’s a bad one. But I’ve been inconvenienced since March with my nails and made the mistake of going back last week and again have been inconvenienced. March 24 I got a regular gel manicure I got my acrylic removed. The guy who did my nails Alex didn’t want to wait to soak them off and filed them down. He filed them so much my nail was brittle. Love this place, they’re quick to seat you and their employees are very talented. Definitely pricey but I say their work is worth it always ask me if I like my nails or need to reshape or fix anything. They do need to work on their communication but yes this place is better than a lot of nails salons
Not professional. Was going for a while and whiteness a lot of problems with the salon. Don’t get and DONT GET A PEDICURE HERE. The towels smell so bad, waters not clean, tools not clean. Customer service is not even there lol. Mimi was the only nice employee that seems genuine tbh. Very strange interaction and whiteness a lot of staff fighting with each other and customers.
So over priced and dirty salon. They have employees sitting around and waiting for customers instead of cleaning.
