We’ve used this company in the past and had good experiences, which is why this recent visit was disappointing. The technician who came out focused almost immediately on recommending a full system replacement rather than thoroughly diagnosing the issue. This was similar to a prior visit a few years ago, where the same recommendation was made but this same tech, yet the system has continued to run since then without major issues, and was inspected in October and the recommended services were completed. Gary came by and within 10 mins knew what my issue was, fixed it and my system is back to normal. Very happy with their service and from now on I will be contacting them should I need any more work. Highly recommended.

D&T is AMAZING! Gary and Pat came to our rescue this week and fixed issues that another heating and cooling company had made. After almost 3 weeks with no heat they came in and saw the issues and fixed them immediately. They are very professional and caring and took a huge burden off of us. We will definitely be using D&T from now on.
