10/10 service Gary went above and beyond
D&T came out to do the annual ac check. Technician was thorough and very nice, personable. Have been a customer for a number of years. Have only had great experiences and have recommended D&T to others without hesitation.
I had Chubbz come and service my heat pump that you all put in 14 years ago. Nothing wrong with it, I just wanted to have a service plan for her since she is so important in my home. He did a phenomenal job and respected my home as if it was his own. I am very happy for my maintenance contract and thankful for them to watch out for me. Thank you Chubbz and see you in 6 months.
In July 2024 we had a new heat pump system installed by another contractor. The install was completed just as the hottest period of the season was winding down. From the start, the system didn't seem to cool nearly as well as the older system that was replaced. But since the old system had broken down three straight years, and in the middle of a heat wave, it was time for a new system. Pat, with D&T Heating & Cooling, came out promptly to assist my mother and her home. Expected between 8am and 12pm, Pat called at 7:45am and arrived shortly after 8am. He went on to help her with the diagnosis, being sure to emphasize what materials and regularly scheduled maintenance she would need to keep the most efficient output in her home, as well as save money in the long run (always do your yearly maintenance!
