Huge thank you to two of your technicians who stopped to help me with a flat tire on a very stressful morning. They were kind, professional, and went out of their way to help a complete stranger. From beginning to end--from the initial contact with owner to the courteousness and components of the workman, we well pleased.
We’ve used this company in the past and had good experiences, which is why this recent visit was disappointing. The technician who came out focused almost immediately on recommending a full system replacement rather than thoroughly diagnosing the issue. This was similar to a prior visit a few years ago, where the same recommendation was made but this same tech, yet the system has continued to run since then without major issues, and was inspected in October and the recommended services were completed. Gary came by and within 10 mins knew what my issue was, fixed it and my system is back to normal. Very happy with their service and from now on I will be contacting them should I need any more work. Highly recommended.
