Incompetent. They installed a rearview camera on our vehicle and due to their error in installation, they had to take it out and install a second camera. Within a few months, the second camera was not working properly. After several more problems, with the camera, we eventually took it to a different company which was appalled at the poor installation. Patrick installed a Retro Sound radio in my classic car, a 69 Camaro RS, He did a fantastic job and the install was perfect! He went the extra mile and tidied up all of my under dash wiring, explained & programed the radio for me and even hooked up the lighting to my oil, water & amp gages. I highly recommend them and am 100% satisfied!
