They installed a subwoofer and a amp. When I picked it up I noticed they mounted the amp under the drivers seat. When I positioned the automatic seat back and fourth the amp became lodged and almost ripped out. I pointed it out to the installer and he asked if I would be repositioning the seat often. I said yes my wife drives the truck and I would like the freedom to move my seat around. So they mounted it to in the top of the seat and assured me it was fine. Incompetent. They installed a rearview camera on our vehicle and due to their error in installation, they had to take it out and install a second camera. Within a few months, the second camera was not working properly. After several more problems, with the camera, we eventually took it to a different company which was appalled at the poor installation.
