The office is beautiful, very clean and professional. The front counter staff were very friendly and helpful in identifying my specific needs. A predetermination was done on my behalf to ensure that my benefits aligned with the proposed treatment. I felt that the process was very collaborative. I was not happy with my old dentist, so decided to try out DSV Dental. Had my first appointment and it was amazing. The place is very clean, the staff were super friendly, and they really care about your teeth. They did a very thorough examination, making me aware of some concerns and giving me options for treatment plans. Honestly, if you are looking for a new dentist- I’d give them a try!
After not having the best experience elsewhere, I’m really glad I found DSV Dental Brooklin. The entire team was incredibly friendly, thorough, and transparent throughout the appointment. I really appreciated how much time they took to explain everything and make me feel comfortable. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and the quality of care they provide. I’m so happy I made the switch! Bonus points for the electric toothbrush gift at the end 😊 Highly recommend!
I’ve now had three appointments at DSV and have seen Dr. Vaid, Dr. Kim, and Dr. Pang. Everyone has been incredibly kind and welcoming, and the receptionists do a great job walking patients through the new-patient process. I especially appreciated how Dr. Kim and Dr. Pang explained each step during my appointments, which made the experience feel much more comfortable and reassuring. I can honestly say I’m really happy with my switch to DSV and would definitely recommend them!
