This is one of the worst warehouses I’ve ever dealt with. The workflow is incredibly slow, taking 3 to 4 hours just for loading. Money is being wasted due to the sheer laziness of the staff. It’s unacceptable to wait 3 hours at the dock and another hour for loading just 12 pallets. Strengthening management will save a significant amount in operational costs.
I came here to pick up, I've been waiting for 7 hours, they still haven't loaded it.
Yard jockey in his van almost ran into me then come over and cussed me out and threaten me
I had a great experience took me a day early. Staff was friendly. David unloaded me and he communicated the unloading process with me, so I knew what to expect only took 1 hour to unload.
Hey don't mind this bad comments I had 72 pallets and I got loaded less then 1 hour DSV got good workers
