Excellent, I needed to Export a cargo to Hamburg, but I had no clue how to do it. They were really helpful! Easy shipping with DSV.
Incompetent & Unprofessional I had the worst experience with DSV Broker Service at San Francisco. Their incompetence costed me over $7k on storage charges and etc... I imported 6 pallets of goods, and they were held by CBP / customs due to lack of proper country of origin marking labels which I was ok with, but nightmare began after that. At that point, DSV Brokerage should have transferred the goods to their bonded warehouse so airline storage charges wouldn't have accumulated which they have failed to do so, resulting in r... read more
