I had appointment at 11 am showed up 10:36 am i see there was guys with later appointments in line. They got the door right away but when i try to check in somehow they changed the appointment or they swapped it with someone and made wait there 2 pm. On top of that check in women’s were very rude making things up and behaving very rudely. They need some professional staff. People they have right now don’t know what’s customer service is.
STRICTLY BY APPOINTMENT WILL TURN AWAY IF EARLY. NO STAGING OR OVERNIGHT PARKING! They do not open until 7 am. Do not cut seal if delivering. Have DL when checking in at office! Vending machine and a restroom! Check in is on a tablet!
Very nice and polite staff members. You can try early delivery, but it's not recommended. Do it on time. Unloading within 1 hour or less every time. No overnight parking but truckstop very close.
It’s Appointment based. Usually take 20-30 min to offload once on Dock. If there is a lineup then might take more time. People are good. They have clean washroom inside the Receiver office. Don’t break your trailer seal otherwise hard to offload here.
