Bought several trucks. One A/C went out at 15k miles. Was told warranty would cover this. But would be 4-6month wait. Have 3 trucks waiting for warranty work total.... come to find out. Fired multiple mechanics because “they weren’t busy enough” but yet it’s a waiting line. Stupid business practice.
very friendly and speedy service
I was passing through Idaho falls and discovered o had a leaking power divider seal they literally got my truck straight in to the shop and when they discovered the problem was more serious they had it rebuilt and back on the road the next day. Great service at a very reasonable price would recommend them and the friendly staff.
I was on a time-sensitive run and the service center for the 18-wheeler side got me in and out back on the road in less than 2 hours. I blew a water pump coming out of Wenatchee and limped the truck into DSU. They even saved me money by tearing the news off of a brand new water pump because that is all I needed. not too many shops would do that. if I ever need anything done again in the area I will get my truck to you
For being a "Dealership," it is REDICULOUS to have to SIT for 2 days! Must have been GOLDEN part.
Good food no hassle with parking as a Driver over the road.
