really the worst
I’ve been a customer of primo waters for over ten+ years and ever since they merged with the other company (primo brands)they really went straight down hill I’ve been waiting on a water delivery for over 2 weeks now and every time I call customer service they say the branch had moved my delivery for the next day and then the next day no one shows up to deliver the water I’m tried of waiting for my water I’m going to cancel with them and find a new company I REPEAT Do Not waste your time with this new company

No way it doesn’t matter appointment or not they will take someone who just found you there waiting for long time, yard driver 🤷 4 hours still waiting to get a dock who knows it may even take 10-20 hours am still waiting
