This is my second time here, and on both occasions I had to wait about 15 hours for a load. They handle every load except the ones we’re supposed to pick up.
It was very bad company. You don’t have space for parking. You don’t respect the time you waiting a lot. You don’t know exactly you’re lying. This is really really bad company.
terrible to deal with this company-they took over Tyler water and their customer service is poor. The billing is not transparent and it is sometimes impossible to get help over the phone. Just recently found error in billing and it wasted some precious time to get it corrected. I don't feel confident that I've been properly billed in the past either but will not go back and audit because it is difficult to see info.
