This place is a disaster, disorganized, it doesn't matter if you arrive first or with appointment, there isn't a warranty you will be loaded on time. My appointment was at 9:00 pm and I arrived at 7:00 pm ...I asked for the shipping office and the driver of a tractor told me "I am the office , where are you going?"
