Worst urology office ever. It’s been over 5 weeks since I did my test and they’ve done nothing to help me. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and never answers calls. They only gave me instructions for 1 out of 3 tests, and after I missed an appointment, they never contacted me once to reschedule or follow up. The office is small, disorganized, and careless with patients’ time and health. Avoid this place at all costs.

When you work in customer service, treating customers with respect is essential—that’s the core of the job. DSS Urology has a wonderful customer service team, and most of the staff are lovely. I have very wonderful experince with them from past years. However, my experience with the billing department was disappointing.
