This is a singleton shop. The owner is very knowledgeable and competent, and had a long history in the security industry. He was very patient, and is candid about what can and cannot be expected. No false promises. His prices are also very reasonable, especially compared against others in the industry. In all, I've had a very positive experience with him, and have used him in a couple different cases over the years.
Be careful with these people. They are thieves, who take money and disappear without answering the calls and ignoring emails. They are scammers.
Yeah this guy was super rude and said the case was too complicated to take as asked for a huge down payment.
