We have a chronic problem with one of our toilets plugging (almost weekly) and I was concerned that it was a larger problem, like a plugged vent. Dave came over and we figured out where all of the drains were in our finished basement and concluded that everything was working and was built to code. Unfortunately, the "builder quality" toilet doesn't supply enough force to consistently flush the long line to exit the house. I will now look for one of the higher end toilets he recommended.

Dave was great to work with, explained everything, prompt communication and fair pricing. Had a leak in my 25+ yr old water service between the meter and water conditioner (leak was likely due to hard water) and he replaced all of the piping in that area during the same visit. Highly recommend.

David was a refreshing and pleasant plumber to work with from conception of the work order, David was very transparent and very professional he did everything in his power to keep the initial quote even when the job required more time & materials! If I could I’d Rate this company 6 stars. Excellent customer service and quality workmanship!! Highly recommended for all your plumbing needs

We called at night expecting to leave a message for someone to call us back regarding a backed up sink. David answered and assured us he would be here the next morning 8am. He arrived right on time, was professional, pleasant, and explained everything to me. No surprises. I will definitely use his services again and will refer him to anyone should their need arise.
