Poor customer service with no communication. Office not regularly manned, phone calls not answered, messages not replied. Took caravan in for service at 10 am as requested, I was told it'll be ready by 3pm. I called them before 3pm to confirm it was ready but no answer to phone call. Arrived to collect my caravan at 3.20 pm only to find that work had not been started yet. I cannot recommend David nor his business if you seek customer service, communication, or their reliability.
