I had professionals install and they could not get the camera working, they ran some tests and confirmed the head unit and or the camera was broken. The professionals I had install have been in contact with DSR about getting a replacement but they have proved to be dificult to work with and have not yet sent a replacement.
This is an Awesome mechanic I recommend this to take care of your car and automobile.

If I could give a zero I would. Our truck battery died and in the warrenty time given. We needed a new prorated replacement, however we were told we had to wait for the owner to arrive to have it warrenteed. Terrible service, we had a new one dropped in somewhere else so we can get our truck on the road.
