I feel sorry for the staff at DSPM, most of the negative reviews are from Condo owners who have no clue on Condo living. We are experiencing an issue now at my condo where we just received notice of a special assessment through no fault of the property management team or the board yet so many uneducated condo owners are pointing fingers at the management team.
