Great Place to buy a Honda Motorcycle. Was Good to see Carey Caldwell there, his passion for motorcycles far exceeds your normal enthusiast. Bringing Carey on board is a very wise choice and will benefit the company immensely. I might make a suggestion to upgrade the coffee there by having real cream and not that powder stuff. Having quality coffee and it's fixings will upgrade a already classy place to premier status.
OK so today I am going to tell a short story about my experience on trading my scooter in the past few weeks,all I can say is a place where I was taking my bike, before was horrible service & and sales manager was not willing to help me out with a trade.My first 600 mileage service at crystal lake Honda was OK but when I asked them I have a service plan that I purchased with the bike they said ( sorry it doesn't apply with the service plan)so wen I asked for my bike back they were going to charge me a storage fees so I just ... read more

I would like to say that both my friend and I have experienced EXCELLENT service from the service dept while on a trip from Atlanta to Chicago. I was in desperate need of a rear tire on my F6B to get back home and the team took me in without an appt helped me get back on the road within an hour!! Also checked the entire bike out and made sure it was safe to ride on. Thank you So much for the kind, courteous and great service. You guys ROCK!!
