Office staff is RUDE and told me to go elsewhere because they couldn’t find my referral that was sent over twice by my primary care doctor.
Dr De Souza is amazing. He’s so kind and patient. Takes time to listen! His office manager! UGH! Whole different ballgame. Nasty rude hateful combative! I won’t be going back. Had she only been rude once, I could chalk it up to a bad day. But each and every time I go into the office???? Or call for assistance!!! Just HATEFUL!!!!! A stray dog would be treated better!!!!
The whole office is chaotic at times but well controlled. The doctor and staff are informed and supportive of each other and the patients. I was amazed to receive a call regarding the outcome of my test. Only one of my doctors who still has this practice.
An amazing office ….. so nice to find a stand alone doctor - extremely caring , knowledgeable & compassionate. To find a doctor that actually listens to your needs is rare - and he does. Lisa who I would say runs the office - bless her! From answering the phone to scheduling appointments - getting messages to the doctor ….. she is a one woman show who does it all. If she says she’ll return a call - believe me she will . I’m so happy I found Dr. D’Souza . Thank you Dr. D’Souza & thank you Lisa !
