Called to confirmed a appointment was put on hold and than told to call back in a few minutes, i waited 20 minutes and called back and they told me they were closed. You open at 8am be ready at 8am. Dont shut down the front desk so you can update your Twitter account snowflake.
Dr. D'souza is very caring. He always asks about my family and remembers details about discussions we have. He takes time with his patients. He asks and answers questions and I never feel like I am just a number. I appreciate his staff, they are very professional.
What I like the most is the knowledge of everyone in the office. If I ask a question. They know the answers. Getting a referral is almost immediately! PA Emily is very knowledgeable. She ask the right questions and reacts promptly. Dr Netley D’Souza I can not say enough good things about him. Very patient, knowledgeable & listens! Couldn’t ask for better providers!
Dr. D'Souza has been my doctor for over a decade and I've been extremely happy with the care I've received here. Tests are done when needed but not when unnecessary and they've always done right by me to give me the best care and not overcharge. Appointments are available reasonably quickly and they never me you wait too long.
