They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified

Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely! I can always count on them

Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
