I tried to enquire about a property for sale with DSM. Wont return calls, wont respond to emails. I've given up and gone elsewhere.
George road units are despicable. No exhaust fans in toilet or bathroom, mould IN EVERY ROOM, loud noisy neighbours, domestic violence, cops there every week. These places are just going up in price but not being fixed when there’s something wrong. I’ve seen these awful units go up to almost $300 a week. They’re not even worth $100 a week. DSM is useless. Not even worthy of 1 star.
George Road units are utterly disgusting and riddled with drug and alcohol abuse daily, refused to do maintenance on unit in that complex, no exhaust fan in bathroom and no power for month til she fixed box outside. Won't return calls keeps saying busy or in court matter. DSM is very poor service and expects rent to be paid ... refuse to replace carpets stained in unit and many other things I had to leave as didn't feel safe living there.
Absolutely the worst customer service and person whom I ever have dealt with. Dian who owns this business is a sole trader. Does not have a reception and so will not answer a call. Her turn around for answering a business query can be anything from 1 week to several weeks. (for a Strata problem)? I’ve had queries completely ignored or not even answered at all! Dian was instructed to run our strata. She came to our AGM to inspect our property & promised to get everything in order, including the retrieval of a large amount of money that had disappeared along with the previous self imposed strata manager. That was the last time we saw her. She simply became “unavailable” due to illness, change of address, going on leave, & being just “too busy”.
