Dian is currently under investigation for fraud. She is appearing in the Magistrates Court 19th May 2025. She resigned from our strata after proving herself dishonest. It has been a battle to get our documents handed over to new strata manager. There are large discrepancies in invoice amounts and payments. Sub-standard, unprofessional and proven dishonesty. Check her trustworthiness with Geraldton Police before signing up with her or handing over any money. I told this women 3 months ago how terrible her reviews were. Suddenly there are all these glowing reports are they genuine clients & tenants? She has lied to our strata members cancelling our long overdue meeting. Standard excuses are Jury Service or being treated for cancer.
