They took $695 of security deposit to repaint. When asked why it was excessively high, they said the wood work was scratched up, and stickers on the walls.. They then said they could have charged us $900, but didn’t. We left the place in very good condition and in no way shape or form were there $695 in paint damages. They also charged us for light bulb replacement, some of which were the same flickering ones upon move in. This place is a joke.
The DSM Rental is a great townhouse community. They sure make living easy. Pam Lage is a great Property Manager. She is always available and on any need or concern to make things better for us. Never dreamed we would be in a rental as long as we have been as we came here while looking for a new home since we sold our Jerrys Home in less than 20 hours. DSM Rental has worked perfect for us. I highly recommend Jerrys Homes as I have had two properties as well as now Dsm Rental for Rental Property. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Life is Good!
Absolutely awful management company. Brand new unit but I had two appliances break. Took a month to get my washer replaced and two weeks for my refrigerator to be replaced. When they returned my original refrigerator it had dents. I immediately reported this to the manager with pictures. Upon move out they took $560 of my deposit for the dent. The staff at DSM Rental is always so friendly and willing to go above and beyond. Have worked with them a handful of times now and always walk away impressed by their efficiency, knowledge, and customer service. Special shout out to Pam and Penny!
